Our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and a tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. 


Orders within the United States of $250 or more will have free standard shipping. 

There may be delays in shipping during weekends, holidays, or when we experience larger than expected volumes of orders. Customers will be notified via email if the Souk & Wanderlust team determines delays or cancellations of orders.  

Customers can choose to cancel an order if the order has not been shipped. This can be completed by contacting Souk & Wanderlust Customer Care at The order confirmation number must be listed in the email. 

Tracking of Orders

A tracking number will be sent via email (email provided at checkout) once your order has been shipped. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Orders can be returned for store credit (except items listed as final sale) within 30 days of receiving the order. Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order (except final sale items). In order to receive a full store credit or product exchange, items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, with original tags attached). Please contact for store credit or product exchanges and please provide the order confirmation number in the email. 

Damaged or Missing Orders

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, please contact within 7 days of receiving the order. Photos of the damaged product and packaging may be required.
